Boat & trailer storage
Your own marked space on a fenced, gated, fully lit lot watched by security cameras. Leave the boat on the trailer and get it out of the driveway and off the street.
Gated, lit and camera-monitored boat and trailer storage with a private ramp right on the Cumberland River. Pull in, hitch up, and be on the water without the drive to the lake or the wait at a public ramp.
One fenced, gated lot on the river, built for people who would rather spend Saturday on the water than in a line of trucks at the ramp.

Tell us your boat length and what you need. We'll keep you posted as construction moves along.
We'll reach out ahead of opening to confirm a space sized to your rig and set your gate code.

We're right on the Cumberland River, a short drive from downtown and the neighborhoods around it. The lakes are a haul from town; the river is right here.
Nearby marinas keep waitlists for dry storage. We're adding spaces for trailer boaters who want to be close to home and close to the water.
Joining is free and doesn't commit you to anything. It tells us how many spaces to build and what size.
We're planning to open in summer 2027. Waitlist members will hear the confirmed date first.
No. The waitlist is free and there's no deposit. You'll decide whether to rent a space when we confirm rates and sizes.
Spaces are open-air on a fenced, gated lot at opening. If enough members want covered spaces, tell us in the form; it helps us decide what to add.
Spaces are planned for boat and trailer combinations up to about 40 feet. Pontoons, bowriders, center consoles, wake boats and personal watercraft are all welcome.
Yes. We plan to offer day launch passes and an annual pass, with trailer parking on site while you're out.
Planned storage rates run $250 to $400 a month by length, with ramp use included. Launch-only is $20 per launch or $300 a year.
The lot is fully fenced with a keypad gate, so only members get in. Security cameras cover the lot and the gate, and LED lighting runs from dusk to dawn.
